You may be able to access a Medicare or Private Health Care rebate for youR sessions

Elevation Psychology provides services under the Medicare Better Access Program for patients. You may be able to access a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP, enabling you to receive a Medicare rebate of 

$93.35-$137.05  per session depending on who you see in our team. 

You and your GP can work together to decide whether you are eligible for this type of plan. The Medicare rebate is typically available for up to ten sessions per calendar year (usually your GP will write a plan for 6 sessions initially, then another 4 sessions upon review of your plan and progress if required).

Most Private Health funds allow a rebate to be claimed for psychology sessions. We encourage you to check your level of coverage directly with your fund. Note private health and medicare rebates cannot both be accessed at the same time (you may like to compare which offers you the highest rebate).

We may be able to process your heath fund rebate at the time of your appointment (provided you bring your card for us to swipe) however you can also claim in person or online via your heath fund website or app. All you need is your receipt to make the relevant claim.
