About Me
I am down to earth, empathic, and my aim is to help you feel comfortable and safe to explore the issues in your life. I aim to understand my clients in the context of who they are, the experiences that have shaped them, and how they've learned to cope. I enjoy helping my clients connect to themselves, make sense of their story, and move forward in a way that feels genuine and authentic to them.
When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, cooking, spending time outside, and going to the beach.
