I believe in empowering my clients by helping them discover the set of skills that best work for them to cope with the stresses of life. I aim to aupport recovery through a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach. Authenticity is an important of my work, and so I like to keep my sessions informal and focused on creating a respectful and comfortable environment to express yourself.
My life experience and professional experience within the NDIS, trauma practice, and remote and rural communities have equipped me with a range of skills to support you. I also believe that psychological support goes beyond a diagnosis, and you can seek support to enhance your life. I use a range of modalities to help you not just recover but also build resilience, confidence and a sense of identity to thrive in your life.
