About Me
You Are Safe to Be Yourself with Me – connection is my highest goal when working with my clients.
I aim to create an informal and unintimidating space for my you to feel safe being vulnerable and expressing yourself. There is no one or right way for recovery or happiness; it is unique to you. So, I want to work with you to find the best set of skills to help you cope with life intricacies.
I also believe that psychological support goes beyond a diagnosis, and you can seek support to enhance your life, not just when things go awry. I use a range of modalities to help you not just recover but also build resilience, confidence, and a sense of identity to thrive in your life.
